**Your challenge****:
- You will provide essential support to our Quantitative Analysis & Selection team within Portfolio Management by contributing to the development of proprietary analysis tools, quantitatively driven mandate solutions, as well as risk management and valuation models.
- Specifically, you will utilize tools such as Python, R and Bloomberg to collect and visualize data for analysis.
- This role carries significant interface responsibilities, as the outcomes of your work will directly influence the investment strategy of LGT Private Bank Europe. Through your contributions, you will gain valuable insights into our portfolio management processes, including strategy development and security selection across various asset classes, and e
- posure to different departments and locations within LGT Bank (Switzerland) Ltd.'s Private Banking division.
**Your profile****:
- Recent Bachelor's / Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, or quant finance demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ecellent knowledge of quant finance, econometrics, statistics and machine learning as well as e
- perience in data analysis and evaluation E
- cellent programming skills, mainly in programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab and development tools such as Git and Jira E
- perience with UI development (e.g. React, Angular, etc.) is an advantage
- Previous internship in a financial institution is an advantage E
- cellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong commitment to achieving e
