**Consultant (M/F/d) - Compensation & Benefits / Rewards**:

**We will count on you**:

- Develop innovative, competitive strategies and concepts for our clients, e.g. in the areas of executive and board of director compensation, broad-based employee compensation, performance management organizational design, job architecture and job grading
- Analyze, evaluate, and prepare data and market trends
- Hold trainings and workshops, e.g. on job architecture and job evaluation, pay philosophy and other rewards topics

**What you need to have**:

- Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, human resource management or a comparable field of study
- Professional experience in a consulting environment, ideally with a focus on compensation
- Affinity for the technical preparation, processing and analysis of data
- Very good knowledge of the MS-Office programs PowerPoint and Excel
- Business fluent in English, German and/or French are an advantage
