Logistics Coordinator

In the Logistics team, Our focus is on ensuring the seamless transfer of goods to and from Switzerland for our diverse clientele. We are committed to providing efficient and personable service to both our internal and external stakeholders, always ensuring timely delivery. We take great pride in fostering strong communication with our numerous suppliers and clients.

**Your Role**:

- Planning and coordination of shipments to and from international customers/events
- Communication with freight forwarders and shipment consignees
- Accurate creation of shipping
- and customs documents (e.g., packing lists, commercial invoices.)
- Receive, check and store returned equipment and incoming vendor shipments
- Organize and control inventoried items
- Support preparation and packing of shipments to customers/events

**Your Experience**:

- 3+ years work experience in relevant area
- Knowledge of logistics
- and export procedures and documents
- Experience in dangerous goods shipping (lithium batteries)
- Experience with dual use trade controls and documentation
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Knowledge of inventory control methods and procedures
- Administration-based qualification (Kaufmann/-frau EFZ or Logistikassistent/-in EFZ) ideally with further education in logistics is a plus
