We are currently seeking, highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Consultants to join our client's team. As a Regulatory Compliance Consultant, you will provide staff augmentation services in the areas of Surveillance, Financial Crime Protection, and/or PMO. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 3 to 8+ years of work experience, a strong compliance background, and specific experience in Surveillance, Financial Crime Protection, and/or PMO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their regulatory compliance requirements and provide consulting services in the areas of Surveillance, Financial Crime Protection, and/or PMO.
- Conduct comprehensive compliance assessments, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring and surveillance programs, including the design and execution of monitoring tests and controls.
- Identify and investigate potential financial crimes, such as money laundering, fraud, and bribery, ensuring timely reporting and mitigation of risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.

- Support the client's PMO in project management activities, ensuring compliance with project governance frameworks and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and emerging trends in the compliance field, providing proactive advice and recommendations to clients.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 8 years of work experience in a regulatory compliance role.
- Strong background in compliance, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience in Surveillance, Financial Crime Protection, and/or PMO.
- Solid knowledge of compliance monitoring and surveillance techniques, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in compliance, financial crime protection, or project management are a plus.
