**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- To excel and drive impactful change in this role, you should bring a strong background in HR processes, software integration, data management and technology strategy. Key qualifications include:

- Proven experience with design, development and management of HR Process, data and software integration activities (minimum 8 years).
- Strong background in managing changes across process, data and system landscapes.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing technology strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with emerging HRIS technologies and industry practices.
- Proficiency in data architecture and governance.
