**Your day to day**
Join us as a Restaurant Host:
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their seats according to our Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide Menus and introduce the guests to their waiter.
- Ensure that guests enjoy an excellent experience at our restaurant.
- Manage bookings in advance and as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer’s queries according to our Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist the waiters in the service, when needed.
**What we need from you**
With a degree in Hospitality, you have minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a hotel establishment of the same category (4- or 5-star) and/or a luxury brasserie. You previously worked in an international and multi-cultural environment. You are familiar with the restaurant etiquette and you have experience in managing reservations.
You are fluent in French and English. Mastering another foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Micros/Simphony is a plus.
