We’re on the hunt for a creative and resourceful Buyer - Alternative Assets to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with experience sourcing luxury assets (e.g., art, wine, cars, collectibles) from auction houses, luxury platforms, or brands, and who’s eager to bring their sourcing expertise into the investment world.
About the Role
As our Buyer for Alternative Assets, you’ll work directly with external partners to source the most exclusive and high-potential assets for our platform. You’ll leverage your industry expertise, research skills, and ability to assess market trends to ensure we consistently deliver valuable and attractive investment opportunities to our users.
Tasks
**What You’ll Do**:
- Source Unique Assets: Collaborate with auction houses, luxury platforms, and external experts to identify the best investment opportunities across categories like art, wine, whisky, and cars.
- Evaluate Pricing: Work with internal teams and data tools to assess the accuracy and attractiveness of asset pricing, ensuring every investment aligns with our platform’s standards.
- Build Relationships: Act as the key point of contact for external experts, nurturing partnerships and maintaining a strong network in the luxury and alternative asset space.
- Prepare Reports: Document your findings, providing detailed insights and recommendations to our investment team.
