We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Asset Management Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to

  1. build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
  2. support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
  3. learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes
  4. develop a strong understanding of investments and financial markets

Your team
You’ll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.
Specifically, you’ll be part of the central Sustainability team for GRA in Zurich, which is part of UBS Asset Management (AM). We cover a wide range of topics including the definition of sustainable investment (SI) approaches, product conversion and launches, research/thought leadership, regulation, education, collaboration across UBS Group and industry, data analysis, etc. The team forms the main interface between the central AM Sustainable Investing team and the ESG experts within the GRA asset classes.

Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:

  1. will graduate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12 months of work experience post-graduation
  2. has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
  3. has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
  4. is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  5. is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
  6. is fluent in English; a good understanding of German is an advantage
