We are hiring a Product Manager for our Operations Analytics domain. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, Tour Operations, and based in our Zurich office, you will drive vision, strategy and roadmap focused on analytics and data for our Land domain. In this role, you will need to balance iterative near-term results alongside longer-term initiatives. You should be a strong cross-functional collaborator, an excellent communicator, with experience working with data - whether as a user or an analyst. You will excel in this role if you enjoy thinking about how data can be leveraged to support the core business functions as well as a tool to drive the business to the next level.

**What you’ll do**
- Build a product roadmap focused on the Land domain needs for data: insights to support the core Land functions and leadership, data-focused tools to help move strategic initiatives forward, data experimentation to move the business forward
- Communicate strategy, roadmap, tradeoffs and progress against initiatives to the necessary stakeholders
- Balance the needs for the upcoming travel season with long term strategic progress
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, drive both process and system change depending on what is needed to achieve the desired business objectives
- Partner with other PMs in the larger Analytics space, collaborating and sharing learnings with the analytics community
- Act as product owner for the team Land Analytics team

**Who you are**
- 2 years of product management experience driving strategy, roadmap, metrics and execution, with a focus on data-driven product discovery
- 1+ years of working with data, as an analyst, user, designer, engineer, etc.
- Strong skills in defining and breaking down problems and guiding groups through structured decision making
- You have a strong analytical mindset that you partner with a deep empathy and interest in our customers and internal users
- Experience in collaboration with UX and engineering, creating true partnerships
- You have strong ownership, communication, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills with a track record in building successful cross-departmental relationships to drive results and remove roadblocks
