**Job Description**:

- Local point of contact for French-speaking part of Switzerland for HR administration
- Support and advise the Shared Service Center (SSC) in HR administrative tasks and queries related to social security system
- Forwarding of the incoming HR postal mails and processing physical HR documents
- Support Swiss Payroll preparations
- Managing correct settlement and controlling of tax at source
- Creation of statistics, key figures and evaluations for authorities and internal stakeholders
- Working on HR projects and continuous improvement of policies, processes and tools
- Support End Year tasks (Salary certificates, Social security declarations, changes in social security etc.)
- Support in preparation for HR audits
- Deputy of the Functional Lead People Services CH

**Qualifications**:

- Work experience in HR administration
- Further training as a personnel assistant or personnel administrator
- Knowledge of specificities in the French-speaking cantons (tax at source, French cross-border commuter, labour law etc.)
- Reliable and structured way of working
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent French and good English
- Presence in our office in Geneva
