**Position**:
Create and improve policies, systems, and procedures to provide an inclusive, fair, safe and inspiring working environment were colleague are empowered, trusted and valued. To facilitate the development of an inclusive and enabling culture. To continue to integrate initiatives such as gender, diversity & inclusion and to cultivate a high-performance, high-engagement, fun and positive work culture. The function supervises the supplier providing services in payroll and HR administration and will be the HR link between the foundation and the local authorities. With no direct supervisory responsibilities, this function will be looking after the needs of the employees working throughout Europe and Switzerland and act as trusted advisor to the CEO and the senior management team.

**Profile**:

- Brevet or equivalent in Human Resources
- 5-10 years experience in HR within an international environment
- Fluent English + French
- Experienced in working within a small team and ideally an international non-profit organisation
- Hands on, can-do attitude, able to create strategy but also implement the operational
