Nous recrutons un Lean Manager pour un groupe agroalimentaire

Rattaché au service performance et projets Industriels, le Lean Manager est le garant du déploiement du processus et de la culture Lean

Il (elle) devra assurer les missions suivantes:
Lean et amélioration continue
- Structurer et être garant(e) du processus d'amélioration continue et de la culture Lean sur le site.
- Utiliser et mettre en œuvre des approches et des outils structurés pour le maintien des standards et l’optimisation des process et des performances (5S, Kaizen, SMED, AIC, MSRP, ergonomie des postes, 6 sigma )
- Assurer le déploiement du standard de management la performance du site suivant le standard BU.
- Faciliter et évaluer l'appropriation des bonnes pratiques & des standards sur votre site.
- Développer le Lean Office.
- Coordonner les audits d'ancrage des chantiers, des standards et suivre les plans d’actions associés.
- Conduire la résolution des problèmes les plus critiques/complexes rencontrés ; en piloter le processus d’investigation et proposer l’approche appropriée (Vérification des standards, PPS/8D, Advanced PPS, Six sigma).
- Collaborer avec les responsables du site pour maintenir et améliorer la robustesse des processus.
- Mettre en place, administrer les documents nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du LEAN du site.

Suivi et amélioration de la performance
- Contribuer à l’analyse et la construction des indicateurs d’activités SQDCME et de performance (TRS, TS,) en collaboration avec l’équipe méthode et production.
- Garantir l’obtention des résultats économiques, techniques, qualité ainsi que la tenue des délais de production via des études ponctuelles (sur les prix, les coûts )
- Challenger les équipes dans la pratique et l'atteinte de l'Excellence Opérationnelle.

Gestion de projets
- Piloter le master plan d’amélioration continue du site en collaboration avec le Directeur d'usine, le service amélioration continue et les services du site.
- Piloter, animer et suivre des projets / chantiers Lean en maitrisant la gestion des risques, des délais, le budget et la qualité pour assurer la réalisation des livrables.
- Prioriser et arbitrer les priorités de chantier et coordonner la charge de travail des chefs de projets
- Participer à la réalisation du plan d’investissement du site.

Management / Communication
- Développer et fait évoluer les compétences individuelles et collectives.
- Participer et animer des réunions

Sécurité
- Etre responsable de la sécurité du site dans votre domaine de compétences.
- Appliquer et faire appliquer les directives de la Direction Sécurité.
- Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et d’hygiène par les intervenants internes ou externes.

Votre profil
- De formation supérieure Bac + 5
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum sur une fonction similaire dans le domaine de l’amélioration continue dans un milieu industriel
- Connaissance des process industriels et des procédures en vigueur
- Certifié Black Belt et 6 sigma, maîtrise des outils Lean
- Maîtrise en gestion de projet et en management
- Maîtrise des techniques de conduite de réunion
- Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique (Excel, PowerPoint ) et statistique (Minitab ou autre)

Vous êtes capable de former, d’accompagner et de développer les compétences.
