Was Sie erwartet:

Projektverantwortlicher auf Werksebene

Eigenverantwortliche, organisatorische Planung, Leitung und Koordination der Serienvorbereitung

Kontrolle und Freigabe aller Kalkulationen und Fertigungskonzepten

Planung der Serienproduktion und Zielerreichung (Q,K,T),

Verantwortung für die Fertigungskalkulation 

Planung von Ressourcen (Personal und Layout)

Hauptansprechpartner des PM bei projektbezogen Themen der Serienvorbereitung und des Serienanlaufes

Regelmäßiges Reporting zum Projektstatus im Rahmen von Projektbesprechungen und Reviews

Koordinierung des KVP und Umsetzung des Änderungsmanagements

Verantwortlich für die termingerechte Erstellung bzw. Pflege und den Inhalt der P-FMEA

Verantwortlich für die Erstellung des Vorserien-Serien PLP

Termingerechte Übermittlung der Arbeitsergebnisse und deren Produktdokumentation

Nachkalkulation Fertigungskosten und Nachbesserung des Prozesses

Was Sie mitbringen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Anlaufmanagement oder als Projektleiter

Gute Kenntnisse der LEAN-Methoden und Werkzeuge im Supply Chain

Kenntnisse ISO 9001/DIN ISO 16949, IATF 16949 und VDA

Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und technisches Verständnis

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
