**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Sie koordinieren und setzen den werksebenenbasierten Verbesserungsplan um.
- Sie leiten Verbesserungsprojekte zur Optimierung von Prozessen.
- Sie führen Workshops und Schulungen zur Einführung des HAPEX-Prozesses durch.
- Sie coachen die lokalen Mitarbeiter bei der Anwendung von HAPEX-Tools und -Techniken.
- Sie wirken bei der Entwicklung von Schulungsmaterial und Modulen für das HAPEX-Konzept mit.

**Deine Skills**:

- ie haben einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Fertigungs
- oder Produktionsumfeld.
- Sie besitzen Expertise in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungssystemen wie Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Operational oder Performance Excellence.
- Sie sind qualifiziert als Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Coach oder haben mindestens den Green Belt erreicht.
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
