RESPECT RECIRCLE REAWAKE - nous redonnons vie à des “Treasures”, des pièces exceptionnelles de la mode et du luxe de seconde main et prolongeons ainsi leur cycle de vie. Notre ambition est de sensibiliser notre clientèle à une consommation durable et d'attirer l'attention sur l'importance de maintenir ces pièces dans une économie circulaire.
REAWAKE est la marque suisse de seconde main haut de gamme. Avec notre équipe de plus de 25 REAWAKERS et nos implantations actuelles à Zurich, Berne, Bâle ainsi qu'une boutique en ligne et un showroom, nous contribuons à façonner le paysage suisse de la mode circulaire.
Le rôle de Sales Advisor / Fashion Expert, est une opportunité passionnante pour prendre part au développement de REAWAKE à Genève - et ce dans les magnifiques maisons de Bongenie Grieder en tant que partenaire de renom à nos côtés.
Sales Advisor / Fashion Expert (h/f)

**au cœur de Genève, 60%-100%, début**: septembre / octobre 2023

**Un vaste éventail de responsabilités**:

- Être un ambassadeur/ ambassadrice des valeurs et de la vision de REAWAKE auprès des équipes et des clients
- Conseiller nos clients (internationaux) lors de leurs achats tout en améliorant leur expérience chez REAWAKE
- Vente de produits exceptionnels dont vous raconterez les histoires et anecdotes au quotidien
- Développement de relations durables avec nos clients
- Apprentissage des spécificités de la seconde main de luxe
- Mise en œuvre et implémentation de processus en boutique
- Améliorer continue de la présentation des produits en boutique
- Faire partie d’une équipe dynamique et motivée

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Expérience de vente dans le domaine de la mode
- Passion pour la vente
- Sensibiliser nos clients à une consommation durable à travers nos valeurs
- Expérience et fort intérêt pour la mode et le luxe
- Une personne chaleureuse et accueillante
- Excellente capacité à communiquer
- Une flexibilité certaine et un sens accru de l’initiative
- Un fort esprit d'équipe
- Très bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais. D'autres langues comme l'allemand sont un avantage.
