**Über Ihre Rolle**:Ihre Stories kreieren unsere Botschaften Als Communications Manager verfügen Sie über ausgeprägtes redaktionelles Flair sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche. Sie meistern die interne und externe Kommunikation und gestalten Inhalte aktiv in enger Absprache mit dem Marketing. Zudem sind Sie für das Storytelling sämtlicher Investment
- und Asset Management-Themen zuständig.

Ihr Herz schlägt für die Kommunikation in all ihren Facetten: sei es in Form von Medienmitteilungen, Geschäftsberichterstattung oder redaktionellen Inhalten für Website, Blog und Mailings. Sie haben mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzkommunikation, das Verfassen von knackigen, aussagekräftigen Artikeln und Social Media Posts macht Ihnen aber genau so viel Freude? Zudem verfügen Sie über ein gutes Netzwerk in der Schweizer Medienlandschaft? Dann suchen wir Sie Bei uns können Sie neben der Kundenkommunikation auch die Kommunikationsstrategie aktiv mitprägen.

**Was werden Sie machen?**:

- Sie verfassen Pressemitteilungen, sind für die interne Koordination der Inhalte und Prozesse zuständig und die erste Anlaufstelle für externe Anfragen sowie Medienarbeit und Pflege der Medienbeziehungen
- Sie verfassen und redigieren sämtliche Jahres
- und Halbjahresberichte für unsere 3 Fonds wie auch auf Fondsleitungsstufe
- Sie sind für die Content-Erstellung der Website zuständig inkl. der Gestaltung von kampagnen-spezifischen Landingpages
- Sie wirken mit Ihren redaktionellen Inhalten tatkräftig beim Aufbau eines Content Hubs mit
- Sie gestallten die jährliche Kommunikationsstrategie für Social Media mit und verfassen ansprechende Inhalte für die jeweiligen Kanäle abgestimmt auf die Zielgruppen
- Sie erstellen kreative Werbe
- und Kampagnentexte in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Marketing
- Sie gestalten die interne Kommunikation und bauen eine interne Austauschplattform / Intranet auf
- Die Erfolgskontrolle und Optimierung der gesamten Kundenkommunikation wie auch die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Umsetzung von kreativen Lösungsvorschlägen im Kommunikationsbereich runden diese spannende Stelle ab

**Was müssen Sie mitbringen?**:

- Sie bringen einen Hochschulabschluss oder eine höhere Fachausbildung in der Kommunikation mit
- Sie haben mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanz
- & Firmenkommunikation und verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der Finanzbranche
- Sie weisen Projekt
- und Prozessleitungserfahrung aus
- Das Erstellen von stilsicheren, zielgruppenorientierten und kanalspezifischen Texten in Deutsch und Englisch ist für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Sie verfügen über eine strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise und können mit kurzfristigen Deadlines umgehen
- Sie sind eine dynamische und kreative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Leistungsbereitschaft und Freude an der Herausforderung, ein junges, schnell wachsendes Unternehmen mit aussagekräftigen Botschaften im Markt zu positionieren
