**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Konzeption und Realisierung von kundenspezifischen IT-Projekten
Als Projektmanager*in sind Sie für die Konzeption und Realisierung von kundenspezifischen IT-Projekten verantwortlich. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden zusammen, um ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen und zu erfüllen. Sie entwickeln und implementieren IT-Lösungen, die den Bedürfnissen der Kunden entsprechen. Sie überwachen die Projektfortschritte und stellen sicher, dass die Projekte termingerecht und im Budget fertiggestellt werden.
- Verwaltung und Pflege komplexer Mandantensysteme

Sie verwalten und pflegen komplexe Mandantensysteme, z. B. Einsatz und Wartung von Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Servern und virtuellen Umgebungen unter Berücksichtigung der notwendigen Aspekte der Informationssicherheit. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit der IT-Systeme der Kunden. Sie überwachen die Systeme und stellen sicher, dass sie ordnungsgemäß funktionieren. Sie reagieren auf Sicherheitsvorfälle und beheben Probleme.
- Beratung und Betreuung von KMU-Kunden zum Thema „Digital erfolgreicher arbeiten“

Sie beraten und betreuen KMU-Kunden zum Thema „Digital erfolgreicher arbeiten“. Sie helfen Kunden dabei, ihre IT-Systeme zu modernisieren und ihre Geschäftsprozesse zu digitalisieren. Sie zeigen Kunden, wie sie mithilfe von IT-Systemen effizienter und effektiver arbeiten können.
- Beobachtung und Analyse von Trends in der Cloud Dienstleistungen

Sie beobachten und analysieren Trends in der Cloud Dienstleistungen. Sie informieren sich über neue Technologien und Entwicklungen in der Cloud. Sie bewerten, welche Technologien für die Kunden relevant sind. Sie erstellen Empfehlungen für die Kunden, welche Technologien sie einsetzen sollten.
- Standardisierung unserer technischen Dienstleistungen

Sie helfen bei der Standardisierung unserer technischen Dienstleistungen. Sie erstellen Checklisten und Pflege von Verfahren. Sie erstellen Anleitungen zur technischen Umsetzung. Sie erstellen Beschreibungen unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen.

**Deine Skills**:

- Fundierte Erfahrungen in der externen Kundenbetreuung (vor allem im KMU-Umfeld) und im Projektmanagement.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft 365, Azure, IT/Cloud Server Infrastruktur und Netzwerk.
- Abgeschlossene Informatiklehre EFZ mit Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung (früher Systemtechnik) oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung an einer Fachhochschule oder höheren Fachschule im Bereich Informatik oder einem verwandten Feld.
- Kommunikativer Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen.
