V-ZUG Digital Products & Services ist ein neu geschaffener Bereich innerhalb der Stabsstelle Digital Transformation, welche in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Innovationsentwicklung und der IT, aber auch mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Produktion und Vertrieb die digitale Zielvision der V-ZUG in strategischen Projekten gewinnbringend umsetzt. Hierzu berichtet der Bereich direkt an die Geschäftsleitung.

Dich erwartet eine anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, die zukunftsweisend für die Gesamtstrategie der V-ZUG ist. Der Aufbau von digitalen Produkten auf höchstem Niveau und das Arbeiten in einem interkulturellen und globalen Umfeld nach SAFe machen diese Aufgabe besonders spannend. Bei Digital Products & Services bist du im Kern der Digitalisierung des V-ZUG Ökosystems. Werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns bei dieser besonderen und strategisch wichtigen Aufgabe. **Was wir dir servieren
- Du entwirfst und verantwortest eine V-ZUG-weite, integrale Softwarearchitektur («Referenzarchitektur») für das smarte V-ZUG Produktangebot und alle relevanten Anbindungen von Umsystemen wie ERP, SmartHome, Partnern, etc.
- Du koordinierst gemäss Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) als Solution Architect fachlich ein Team aus Systemarchitekten, mit denen Du die Architektur zahlreicher digitaler Lösungen aus dem Bereich des Internet of Things (IoT) konzipierst und sicherstellst
- Im Architectural Runway gibst du in Abstimmung mit dem Entperprise Architect die Goverance für Architektur und Tools vor, implementierst Architectural POCs, bringst diese deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Schulungen näher und prüfst diese hands-on laufend in Reviews
- Auf Messen und Weiterbildungen hältst du dich bezüglich der zahlreichen verschiedenen Technologien auf dem Laufenden, entwickelst und pflegst eine Roadmap zur Weiterentwicklung der Referenzarchitektur unter Berücksichtigung der Geschäftsstrategien und der Evaluation neuer Softwaretechnologien und Frameworks
- Du wirkst an der Schnittstelle zwischen der klassischen und agilen Entwicklung mit und gestaltest die Prozesse und die Kultur des schlanken und schlagkräftigen digitalen Teams mit
- Zusammen mit deinen Projektteams hinterlässt du deinen digitalen Fingerabdruck auf unseren zahlreichen digitalen Produkten

**Rezept fürs Gelingen
- Du bringst einen Bachelor oder Master in Informatik / Elektrotechnik oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Softwarearchitekturen und entsprechend fundierte Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Software Design und Architectural Governance
- Idealerweise hast du bereits gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IoT, Azure und SAFe
- Du hast möglicherweise auch bereits Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Fachteams
- Du kannst dich sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch sehr gut verständigen (Wort und Schrift)
