**Your role**
- Sind sie bereit in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld zu arbeiten? Behalten Sie auch in turbulenten Zeiten stets einen kühlen Kopf? Wir suchen eine neue Kollegin oder einen neuen Kollegen, die / der unsere Kundenberater/in unterstützt. Sie werden:
- direkt im täglichen Kontakt mit Financial Intermediaries, also professionellen Kunden sein
- tägliche Kundenanfragen und -aufträge erledigen
- einen Kundenberater/in bei administrativen und frontorientierten Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft unterstützen
- einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Erreichung der Team Ziele leisten

- Sie werden Teil des Teams FIM Institutional Desk in Zürich. Unser Ziel ist es, auf dem Finanzplatz Schweiz die erste Wahl als Partnerbank zu sein. Effizienter und stets kompetenter Service wird daher bei uns grossgeschrieben.

**Your expertise**
- abgeschlossene UBS Banklehre oder ein UBS Praktikum mit Berufsmaturität. ldealerweise mit Berufserfahrung im Frontbereich sowie gute Bank
- und Produktekenntnisse inkl. Anlage
- und Transaktions-Wissen
- Erfahrung in serviceorientierter Kundenbetreuung und in der Unterstützung der Kundenberatung
- ausgezeichnete Computerkenntnisse und sind bereit, sich in neue Anwendungen und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
- teamfähig mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe
- selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Sie sind in der Lage, unter Druck zu arbeiten, übernehmen gerne Verantwortung
- fliessendes Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
- flexibel, kommunikativ und organisatorisches Flair
