**Vos Missions**:
En tant que QC Program Lead, vous gérez les projets «Equipment», notamment QC, dans le respect des règles cGMP, des délais et des budgets. Interlocuteur privilégié avec le client final QC, vous récupérez les besoins, planifiez le CAPEX et suivez les projets en lien avec les équipements QC. Vous gérez ces projets, de leur création à leur clôture et vous construisez activement la roadmap des projets: investissements et planification à court, moyen et long terme. Vous suivez le Cycle des Changes (CCP) et CCP actions associées afin de respecter les règles GMP et les dates annoncées.

Vous pilotez aussi les ressources internes engineering et /ou multidisciplinaires participant au projet (management transversal) ainsi que les entreprises externes.

Finalement, vous vous assurez de la justesse et du respect du budget et du plan financier (FCST et capex plan) des projets sous votre responsabilité et participez à l'élaboration du budget et du plan financier dans les projets d'importance.

**Votre Profil Idéal**:

- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou formation équivalente
- Minimum 3 années d'expérience en project management
- Formation en project management un atout
- Bonnes connaissances des environnements pharma et biotech
- Connaissances de l'environnement QC un plus
- Collaboratif-ve, très bonnes compétences de communication, négociation et gestion de stakeholders
- Aptitude à gérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires en management transversal
- Innovant-e, grande curiosité
