**YOUR TASKS**:
As an office manager, you are the direct link between the employees of the office and the company's headquarter.

Your duties will include:
**Accounting**:

- Local Kepler Cheuvreux Amsterdam/Brussels contact for KC Group accounting ;
- Preparation of quarterly VAT declaration to Dutch tax authorities & liaise with KC Group Accounting ;
- Reconciliation of Salary deduction.

**Compliance**:

- Local point of contact for competent authorities, central bank and liaise with KC Group Compliance in case of local inquiries & investigations.

**Human Resources**:

- Manage monthly KC Amsterdam salary payments with ADP & Group HR ;
- First point of contact for local inquiries concerning Holidays ;
- First point of contact for lawyer in case of legal matters ;
- Local health-care manager, first point of contact between employee & Healthcare service in case of employee illness & re-integration. System manager of healthcare company in case of illness.

**Office Management**:

- Various office management tasks. Support the local team ;
- Produce quarterly management minutes Kepler Cheuvreux Brussels ;
- First point of contact for Local Suppliers.

**YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS**:

- HBO level (administration, human resources, or experience deemed equivalent);
- Self-motivated and team player;
- Organized, proactive, autonomous and structured personality;
- Absolute respect for confidentiality;
- Very good knowledge of English & Dutch.
