About the job- Identify omnichannel and commercial channel needs and growth opportunities.- Define and evaluate customer journey & experience requirements, considering channel specificities and segments.- Develop, monitor and renew Travel Retail channel strategy and the respective roadmaps, in line with Brand strategy, and ensuring clarity of channel’s role, distribution, product/pricing, customer experience and governance approach.- Liaise with central and local teams to anchor channel strategy within the organization.- Provide consolidated channel input for 3yrs sales business plan and budget processes.- Represent channel requirements internally, ensuring marketing tools meet channel needs.- Establish requirements for tools and frameworks to enhance the TR consumer experience & conduct one-off projects, collaborating with other teams to ensure its development.- Set KPIs & metrics to measure channel performance and consumer experience success.

About you- We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree/ Education, preferably in Business Administration.- Minimum 3-7 years of professional experience in consulting or strategy (within an international setting).- Business experience in Sales or Marketing (Travel Retail).- Strong conceptual thinking.- Effective stakeholder management, ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills- Innovative and creative approach, and can-do attitude
