Wir sind Glambou. Eine "_glamorous boutique_” mit Schweizer Wurzeln und internationaler Verkaufsplattform.

Unsere beiden Teams in Berlin/Zürich und die Gründer von Glambou schaffen mit jahrelanger Schmuck-Expertise ein innovatives Multi-Channel-Konzept, um unseren Kundinnen und Kunden ein individuelles und einzigartiges Schmuck-Erlebnis zu bieten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen, deutschsprachigen Retail Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (100%) für die Betreuung und Führung unserer Stores in der Schweiz, um das nächste Kapitel in unserem Unternehmen zu schreiben.

**Deine Rolle**

In deiner Rolle leitest du die Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen internen und externen Stakeholdern und Teams, wie z.B. Globus Gruppe, Jelmoli, den einzelnen Retail-Teams und den Logistik und Marketing Verantwortlichen zusammen, um einen erfolgreichen Betrieb unserer Läden und Konzessions-Flächen sicherzustellen. Als Teil der Geschäftsführung für den Bereich Retail führst du unsere Teams im Retail.

Als Retail Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Leitung und Entwicklung unseres Umsatzes im Retail-Bereich von Glambou gesamte Schweiz.

Deine Aufgabe besteht darin, die Verkaufsstrategie zu planen, umzusetzen und zu optimieren, um Umsatz
- und Gewinnziele zu erreichen, sowie Synergieeffekte des Omnichannel-Konzepts zu maximieren.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Verantwortung für Umsatzzahlen
- und Wachstum, Profitabilität der einzelnen Standorte, definierte KPIs und Geschäftsziele
- Führung aller Store Manager:innen in der gesamten Schweiz (Westschweiz inkl.)
- Recruiting neuer Mitarbeiter:innen
- Operative Verantwortung des Tagesgeschäftes der einzelnen Stores durch aktives Controlling von Einsatzplänen
- Planung und Steuerung von Expansionsprojekten vom Erstentwurf bis zu Eröffnungsphase in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Partnern, unserem Business Development Manager, Accounting Team und unserer Kreativdirektorin
- Analyse der Verkaufsberichte bei PowerBI und anderer Datensätze, um Feedback an Teams in Retail und das HQ zu geben, sowie Chancen an einzelnen Standorten / Märkten zu maximieren
- Planung des laufenden Budgets, aller notwendigen Investitionen sowie verantwortlich für die Kosten
- und Ergebniskontrolle
- Accountmanagement und Netzwerkpflege und -Ausbau mit unseren bestehenden Partnerschaften externer Premium Kaufhäuser in der Schweiz

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in der Mode-, Schmuck-, Luxus
- oder Konsumgüterbranche
- Erfolge bei Umsatzentwicklung
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Führungskompetenz
- Herausragende Führungs
- sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz und nach Berlin/Nürnberg zu reisen
- Besitz eines Führerscheins
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch & Englisch, idealerweise auch Französisch
