**Your mission**:

- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, track milestones, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and external communications
- Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including team meetings, workshops, and off-site gatherings
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research, gather data, and prepare insightful reports and presentations to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Meeting Support: Organize and prepare agendas and materials for key meetings, capture action points, and follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance team efficiency and streamline administrative operations
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism

**Your profile**:

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in executive support, project coordination, or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a strong advantage
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, problem-solving approach
