**MES MBR Technical Lead (MBR Lead Designer)**

**Location: Switzerland, Basel preferred**

**Role Summary**

Responsible for the coordination and managed of MES MBR team activities to meet the overall MES MBR program scope. Ensuring MBR development and qualification are in line with agreed standards and procedures to meet customer requirements.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage team of MBR designers, scheduling & reviewing workload for the team ensuring deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with MES program/project team leads, managing handover of design and build of MBRs from the respective project.
- Assist with creation of business process flow diagrams for product recipes based on the paper batch record or source documents e.g. process descriptions.
- Assist with the analysis of MES project specific requirements and contribute to development of URS and FRS documentation.
- Assist with logically breakdown the recipe/manufacture process to configure the recipe and model in MES - Preference Werum PAS-X.
- Lead Development & creation of MBR design elements (building blocks) and workflows in PAS-X for repetitive use in MBR creation to expedite the process.
- Lead and Guide MES MBR Design team with the gathering of master data and configuration in PAS-X relevant Development/Quality/Production Environments.
- Assist with the configuration of MES for integration with ERP systems and other automation systems using standard interface component of MBR design.
- Lead the recipe design session with business process SMEs and MBR design team.
- Provide assistance and guidance on testing of MBR design with validation and MBR design team

**Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum 6 -10 years Industry experience
- Experience in design, build & qualification of MBRs preferably using Werum PAS-X Preferable but other MES platforms acceptable
- Experience managing MES MBR project teams
- Experience implementing various functionality e.g. dispensing, Equipment management, order management, material management in an MES system for Pharmaceutical Customers
- Must have Configuration & Deployment experience with Werum PAS-X, focusing on installation configuration of system and interface setup for SAP, OSI-PI, printers, Terminals, scanners and scale.
- Must have necessary IT skills to ensure IT setup, server configuration, network configuration and client installation
- Must have experience in installation, configuration, lifecycle management and support of MES systems in a regulated GMP environment.
- Escalation/facilitation with software vendor for resolution to any faults/issues discovered within MES system.
- Work closely with technical and business project teams to define the needs and support the MES deployment
- Strong people skills to work effectively within project team and relevant project stakeholders.
- Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and excellent research skills and learning agility to understand internal business processes.
