We are currently looking to recruit a Traction Project Engineering Manager - PrEM (M/F) for our location in Zurich, Switzerland

**Responsibilities**:
Managing Project (or R&D) Engineering activities by delivering Engineering Work Package in compliance with the Engineering QCD commitment.

Representing Traction Engineering among project core team and manages interfaces with PrXMs and other PrEMs of Leading/Participating Units.

Managing functionally the project engineering core team and their commitment for the project.

Defining and applies the Engineering Management Plan.

Owning engineering work package and is responsible for it.

Following and updates baseline on a regular basis, validates Variation Orders demands (external or internal) requested by project, quotes them with involvement from metiers, and updates engineering work package accordingly.

Approving, as a member of CCB, applicable modifications on product, and updates QCD accordingly.

Plans necessary Design Reviews, makes sure they are done on-time and issues are opened in respective tool.

Is responsible for engineering points within DFQ Gate Review checklists, provides his prognostic and puts in place necessary actions to mitigate a No Go risk.

Managing Engineering risks mitigation and savings action plans.

Providing to his management regular reporting and performance analysis.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Project execution/ Product development.

Being able to understand the organization, the processes and the products involved and decide independently when significant impact on QCD make it necessary to involve next level.

Experience with Propulsion system interfaces and project delivery in the same business.

Leadership skills to manage internal and external stake holders to meet the required targets.

Teamworking and analytical skills.

Fluent in English and German.
