**Your field of responsibility**

A meaningful role as a Financial Crime Compliance Program Manager and Investigator in our Global Search Investigations Team, within the Global Financial Crime Compliance Intelligence & Investigations area. An unusual chance for you to work closely with members of the senior management such as the Central FCC Programs Head and the Heads of the FCC Investigations Teams in Switzerland and other Credit Suisse locations, on a variety of tasks.
The core mandate of Global Search Investigations is performing in-depth exposure assessments via Global Search tool, and regulatory or internal investigations with a strong focus on AML related topics, as well as handling ad-hoc AML related projects.
- As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of the Global Search Tool and respective process, you will engage with stakeholders globally, perform trainings, controls, and will implement process and tool’s improvements in alignment with IT;
- As a Financial Crime Investigator, you will be responsible for handling your own cases from end to end, including monitor the media via dedicated alerts, identify relevant news articles from an AML perspective, perform exposure assessments via Global Search, as well as complete deep dive AML assessments on Swiss booked client relationships;
- You will perform in dept KYC and transactional reviews, and you will make independent determinations on SAR relevancy of cases, presenting your findings to management committees;
- You will contribute to the core tasks of the Team being involved in our wide range of both regulator and ad-hoc driven tasks, including, where required, collaboration with internal and external partners.

**Your skills and experience**
- A minimum of 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, ideally in Compliance / Financial Crime Compliance, Operations, Audit, Risk Management area or in a similar function;
- A higher degree in Finance / Business / Economics / Compliance / Law or similar;
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and French are an advantage;
- Good knowledge, understanding and interest for financial crime rules and the AML related regulatory framework in Switzerland, as well as basic knowledge of the global regulatory landscape;
- You are highly motivated with an analytical mind, use Excel to a proficient level, and also have excellent communication and presentation skills utilizing PowerPoint;
- You have a deep understanding and efficient use of technologies / tools and their impact on client services;
- You are able to manage complex and unconventional tasks, build and maintain relationships with various partners and handle conflicting priorities simultaneously and effectively;
- You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenges and assignments with the ability to cope with pressure in a fast-paced environment.
