Our team is growing and for this we need bright minds with creativity and flexibility - what talent do you have?**:**We are currently hiring for a Sales and Marketing Intern (all genders) to support our Business Unit Rare Diseases & Oncology in our office in Zurich Opfikon.**

This opportunity offers a fix-term contract for the duration of 8-10 months and includes up to 40% travel within Switzerland.

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you support and will work closely with our Key Account Managers and Brand
- and Customer Managers, Franchise Lead and cross-functional teams with their projects and initiatives. This will include, but is not limited to customer engagement, account management, implementation of the local strategy, support on project management, co-organization of congresses and other events, co-creation and preparation of marketing and sales materials.

**Your tasks in detail**:
**Sales**:

- Manage relationships between Takeda and key strategic accounts and their stakeholders
- Support and advise Healthcare professionals on the correct use of Takeda product and services portfolio
- Engage with external stakeholders for assigned projects: physicians, nurses, pharmacists etc.
- Proactively coordinate collaboration with medical, market access and commercial (and other internal stakeholders) to ensure alignment in objectives and activities with accounts and external stakeholders
- Systematically analyze success of plans (e.g. sales, market developments, competitors) and propose mitigating actions as needed
**Marketing**:

- Support creation of training material, multi-channel solutions including digital, mailings & newsletter, media & PR activities for all customers in line with the strategy
- Obtain Promotional material approval across the respective product portfolio: submission and referencing in Promomats
- Support the creation of promotional and non-promotional training materials for the sales force such as story flows across product portfolio,
- Including timely processing of purchase orders, contracts, and accounting; close collaboration with finance where applicable.
- Internal stakeholders for assigned projects: medical affairs, regulatory, market access ensuring alignment on project goals

**Your profile**:

- PhD educated in a life science or natural science discipline, OR Economics
- Computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, project management and E-mail and presentation software
- Business fluency in German and English, French is a plus
