Als Business Development Manager Lenovo bist du verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Entwicklung der Lenovo-Produktpalette bei Brack.ch Business. Du baust starke Partnerschaften auf, analysierst den Markt und entwickelst Verkaufsstrategien, um die Marktposition von Lenovo zu stärken und gleichzeitig die Rentabilität zu maximieren._
**Das erwartet dich**:
- Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen mit Lenovo sowie strategische Entwicklung von Partnerschaften.
- Durchführung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um Chancen zu identifizieren und Wachstumsstrategien zu entwickeln.
- Planung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien, die auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden abgestimmt sind.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufs
- und Marketingstrategien, um die Markenbekanntheit und den Umsatz von Lenovo-Produkten zu steigern.
- Leitung von Projekten zur Markteinführung neuer Lenovo-Produkte und -Lösungen.
- Erstellung von Berichten zur Performance und Überwachung des Budgets für Lenovo-bezogene Aktivitäten.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsteams und dem Key Account
- und Account Management zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele.
- Teilnahme an Kundenbearbeitungsmaßnahmen, Messen, Events und Schulungen.

**Das bringst du mit**:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing oder Verkauf auf Stufe HF / FH.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise im Bereich IT oder Elektronik.
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis des IT-Marktes und der Lenovo-Produktpalette. Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, ERP, CRM D365.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Französischkenntnisse. Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Hervorragende analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsgeschick. Gesprächs
- und verhandlungssicher auf allen Hierarchiestufen.
- Proaktiver, ergebnisorientierter und teamfähiger Charakter mit einer Leidenschaft für Technologie und Innovation. Hohe Eigeninitiative und Tatkraft. Belastbar und stressbeständig.
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz (10% bis 20%).
