Der Eurovision Song Contest kommt 2025 in die Schweiz. Mit rund 180 Millionen Zuschauenden ist der Contest die weltweit reichweitenstärkste Musik-Veranstaltung. Werden Sie Teil des ESC-Teams und tragen Sie zu dessen Erfolg bei.

**Das ist Ihr Beitrag**: Für den Eurovision Song Contest 2025 suchen wir per November 2024 befristet bis Ende Mai 2025 eine:n Catering Coordinator (November bis Dezember 30%, Januar 50%, März bis Mai 100%). In dieser Funktion sind Sie für alle Cateringservices für das Personal, die Delegationen und die Presse im Rahmen des ESC 2025 in der St. Jakobshalle zuständig. Im ESC-Team Event engagieren Sie sich für folgende Themen:

- Sie erstellen ein umfassendes Cateringkonzept für die Verpflegung des Personals, der Delegationen und der Pressevertreter:innen
- Sie erarbeiten gemeinsam mit der Cateringabteilung der Venue die Ausschreibung zur Auftragsvergabe für das Catering während der Vorproduktions
- und Produktions-/Show-Wochen an eine oder mehrere Cateringfirmen
- Sie arbeiten zur Organisation des Cateringsponsorings eng mit dem Sponsoringteam zusammen und ermitteln gemeinsam die Bereiche, in denen ein solches Sponsoring sinnvoll sein könnte
- Sie legen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Cateringabteilung der Venue die Cateringbereiche fest und übernehmen die logistische Organisation für diese Örtlichkeiten
- Sie erstellen einen Verpflegungszeitplan sowie einen Zeitplan für den Auf
- und Abbau
- Sie arbeiten mit dem oder der Hospitality Manager zusammen, um das Konzept für das Hospitality-Catering zu entwickeln

- Sie kennen sich gut mit dem ESC und weiteren internationalen Veranstaltungen aus
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Catering für internationale Grossevents oder ähnliche Projekte
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Eventmanagement, insbesondere im Bereich des Caterings
- Sie besitzen grosse organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sie verstehen sich als Multi-Tasker:in und begegnen stressigen Situationen mit Gelassenheit
