**Votre mission**: Pour le Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2025 (Eurovision), nous recherchons un.e Catering Coordinator pour effectuer une mission à durée déterminée de novembre 2024 à fin mai 2025 (novembre-décembre 30 %, janvier 50 % et mars-mai 100 %). Dans ce rôle, vous serez en charge des services de restauration à la St. Jakobshalle pendant l'Eurovision 2025 pour le personnel et les équipes, les délégations et les médias. Au sein de l'équipe ESC Event, votre cahier des charges est le suivant:

- établir un concept de restauration (catering) pour le personnel et les équipes, les délégations et les médias,
- préparer un appel d'offres avec le venue catering department, afin de sélectionner l'entreprise (ou les entreprises) qui assurera (assureront) la restauration à l'Eurovision 2025 pendant les semaines de pré-production et de production/show,
- collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de sponsoring pour ce qui est des «sponsors de restauration» et déterminer les domaines où un tel sponsoring pourrait être utile,
- déterminer les différents domaines de restauration avec le venue catering department et le.la venue manager et organiser la logistique nécessaire,
- élaborer une liste de présence ainsi qu'un calendrier couvrant toute la période, de l'installation au démantèlement,
- collaborer avec le.la hospitality manager, afin de mettre en place le service hôtelier et de restauration

**Votre profil**:

- Une bonne connaissance de l'Eurovision et d'autres événements internationaux
- Une expérience dans le domaine de la restauration pour des grands événements internationaux ou projets similaires
- Une expérience en gestion événementielle, notamment dans le domaine de la restauration
- Des compétences accrues dans les domaines de l'organisation et de la communication
- Une personnalité multitâche sachant garder son sang-froid dans les situations stressantes
