**À propos du poste**:
Au sein du site de production de Neuchâtel (approx. 650 collaborateurs), dans le secteur de l’hématologie, nous recherchons un ou une **Calibration Technician.**

Vos tâches principales:

- Maitriser les méthodolgies d’étalonnage des principales grandeurs physicochimiques
- Maitriser l’ajustement des différents capteurs présents sur le site
- Identifier les causes et solutions des pannes de premier niveau en lien avec l’instrumentation
- Assurer la traçabilité des instruments via les différents CMMS (RAM, JDE E1..)

**Comment vous contribuerez**:
Rattaché au département « Métrologie », vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Réaliser l’étalonnage, l’ajustement et la maintenance préventive des instruments de mesure dans le respect des procédures et exigences qualité
- Gérer la vie d'un instrument de mesure, de sa mise en service (évaluation de criticité, DMS...) jusqu' à sa mise hors service
- Initier et exécuter les WO correctifs en lien avec l'instrumentation
- Répondre aux demandes techniques émanant des différents départements, investigation, diagnostic ou optimisation en lien avec l'instrumentation
- Assurer le suivi des fournisseurs / prestataires de service (étalonnages + qualifications HVAC)
- Réaliser les mapping vitesses (HVAC) sur des équipements de production et / ou sur les postes de sécurité microbiologique

**Ce que vous apportez à Takeda**:

- Knowledge of a GMP environment (Connaissance d'un environnement GMP)
- Formation BTS CIRA « Industrial Control and Automatic Regulation » ou DUT physical measurements ou CFC équivalent
- Des compétendes informatiques telles que CMMS : Blue Mountain RAM, Entreprise ONE JDE
- Anglais technique : notions de base
- Bonnes connaissances des principes de mesures pour les principales grandeurs physicochimiques (température, pression, débit, niveau, masse, ph, conductivité..)
- Maitrise des techniques d’étalonnage pour les grandeurs précitées
- Prise de décisions lors des investigation sur des pannes de premiers niveau.
- Prise de décisions lors des interventions d’urgence en nuit et WE (piquet opérationnel) qui selon la criticité ou complexité peuvent être appuyées par le piquet décisionnel.

- En en équipe 2x8
- Assurer la permanence métrologique périodiquement (service de piquet)
