In order to reinforce the Medical department of the Swiss affiliate, located in Vernier (Geneva), we have created a new role and are now looking for a

**(Sr) MEDICAL ADVISOR / CLINICAL RESEARCH PHYSICIAN Diabetes (Switzerland)**

**Job responsibilities**:
You will be responsible to provide technical leadership and medical oversight to our incretins portfolio, focusing on launch readiness medical leadership for the assigned product(s).

By establishing peer-level partnership with key national/international Thought Leaders (TL) across the country, and by working closely together with Clinical Research Scientists and Medical Affairs Professionals, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Market Access and other departments, you will be responsible to develop, execute and measure impact of outstanding medical plans with focus on TL Engagement plans and co-creation of medical solutions, research opportunities (registries, investigator initiated trials) and medical education.

You will organize and lead medical advisory boards, scientific exchange and educational meetings, train speakers and provide scientific training to the sales force. You will be responsible for presenting, disseminating, and discussing scientific data and product profiles, and for replicating global best practices to fill local unmet needs.

With your scientific expertise, you will contribute to regulatory and reimbursement dossiers.

**Job requirements**:
Holder of a higher university degree in medicine (MD) and either a) board certification or PhD in endocrinology, internal medicine, general medicine and experience in treating diabetes patients, b) strong research track record in the field of diabetes or c) extensive experience in Pharma including launch experience in Diabetes.

Fluency in German is a top priority, with proficiency in French and/or English as a major plus (at least a good command of English is required).

You have developed strong business acumen and share a performance-oriented mindset. You like to work cross-functionally and have a strong team spirit, capacity to lead without authority and coach, ultimately creating a positive working environment to achieve common goals. You have excellent written and oral communications skills, and you can adapt your message according to the audience. You are customer-focused and like to present and discuss data with external and internal audiences.
