**_How you will make an impact:_**
**_ What you will do:_**
- Manage reporting, provide feedback and, develop reporting on unbilled services
- Business analytics and development of KPIs (“Key Performance Indicators”)
- Lead process improvement exercises
- Communicate with executives and commercial business partners to drive positive customer experiences.
- Coordinate and further develop the RFT report (“Right-First-Time”) metrics back to the business and management
- Report out monthly on status of unbilled progress agreeing to the general ledger.
- Ensures adequate controls during developing invoicing
- Ad Hoc accounting projects
- Support finance and accounting functions
**_Education_**
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
**_ Experience_**
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Control
**_ Knowledge, Skills, Abilities_**

- Excellent understanding of effective financial processes and internal controls
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI are required
- Data management experience and the ability to manage large sets of data and accurate reports
- Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
