Für unseren Kunden im Kanton Aargau, ein global agierendes Pharmaunternehmen, das von Entwicklungsdienstleistung bis zur Produktion eine Vielzahl von Wirkstoffen weltweit führend herstellt, suchen wir nach Vereinbarung:
**Postdoc Chemical Development (100%)**

Aufgaben:

- Mitarbeit in einem Team aus Chemikern, Ingenieuren und Technikern.
- Planung, Entwicklung und Optimierung von wirtschaftlichen, ökologischen, sicheren und skalierbaren chemischen Prozessen zur Herstellung pharmazeutischer Substanzen.
- Übertragung der chemischen Prozesse in unsere GMP-Produktionsstätten und Unterstützung während der Produktion inklusive Fehlerbehebung.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam, bestehend aus Projektmanager, analytischem Chemiker des Projekts, QA-Manager, Produktionschemiker, Sicherheits-/Gesundheits-/Umweltmanager und Einkaufsmanager.
- Erstellung relevanter Projektdokumente (Syntheseanleitungen, Entwicklungsberichte, Fortschrittsberichte etc.).
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kunden.

Anforderungsprofil:

- Promotion in synthetischer Chemie, vorzugsweise in organischer Chemie.
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung chemischer Prozesse von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung in der Übertragung chemischer Prozesse in Pilot
- oder Produktionsmassstab von Vorteil.
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office-Programmen.
- Kenntnisse der cGMP-Vorschriften von Vorteil.
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Starker Teamplayer mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise.
