This role will support the standardization and design of new Financial Reports in line with IBCS standards, as well as the design of Key Performance indicators.

Tasks
- Set up the excel based reporting for Business Areas (set up excel sheets (input/database, transform, output (reports)) for defined KPIs and P&L structure and transfer to Finance Business Partner - Reporting.
- Rework the layout (tables and graphs) for a set of existing reports in Excel, according to IBCS standards. Estimate of ca 10 reports with a total of 80 to 100 tables and graphs to be updated in Excel
- Operationalize the measure of newly defined performance indicators, meaning define and document calculation rules and map data requirements for automation and reflect them in an Excel mock-up. Scope Business Areas and O departments
- Identify and map data sources for a set of newly designed Reports for 5 to 10 reports

**Requirements**:
Technical competencies
- Advanced Knowledge in Excel is a must: manipulate and structure data, build comprehensive graphs
- Understanding of Reporting mechanisms and in particular pre-requisites for tool automation: design, feasibility assessment, mapping of source data
- Knowledge/experience
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience in designing and implementing Reports is a plus
- Knowledge of international Business Communication Standards (IBCS) is nice to have.
- Work language is French (mandatory) and English, German is a plus.
