Der Arbeitsplatz befindet sich in Zürich an einem exklusiven Standort.
**Legal & Governance Advisor (m/w/d) 80-100%**:
**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung, Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Verträgen für alle Geschäftsbereiche wie Haftpflicht, Sachversicherung und Spezialversicherung mit Schwerpunkt auf D&O und Cyber
- Fundierter rechtliche Beratung und Erstellung von rechtlichen Dokumenten und Vorlagen zur Unterstützung der Underwriter
- Implementierung eines Governance
- und Risikomanagement-Frameworks sowie Förderung der Fähigkeiten der Organisation, effektive Managementpraktiken zu gewährleisten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung internationaler Governance-Richtlinien
- Unterstützung der Underwriter bei rechtlichen Fragen in Verhandlungen von Vertragsformulierungen und Korrespondenz mit Brokern, Versicherungsnehmern und Geschäftsniederlassungen weltweit, z.B. für globale Spezialversicherungslösungen im Einklang mit geltendem Versicherungsrecht und -vorschriften
- Rechtliche Beratung der Underwriting-Teams in Bezug auf VVG, DSGVO, NDAs oder Sanktionen
- Schnittstellenfunktion zu relevanten Abteilungen wie Compliance, Schadenregulierung und anderen
**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:
- Juristischer Hochschulabschluss
- Berufserfahrung von mindestens fünf Jahren im Bereich Versicherung und Contract Wording
- Proaktive, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, kreativ zu denken und im Team zusammenzuarbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
