- Develop and publish in-depth research reports that provide unique insights and actionable recommendations.
- Formulate original theses on blockchain trends and technologies, using these as the foundation for your research.
- Stay abreast of key developments in the blockchain space, with the ability to produce timely reports as needed.
- Engage with industry stakeholders, including investors, developers, and other professionals, to gather insights and validate research findings.
- Collaborate with the broader research team to ensure alignment and coherence in research outputs.
- Represent the company at industry events and on social media platforms, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the blockchain community.

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in blockchain research
- Proven track record of producing high-quality research reports and analysis.
- Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to synthesize a wide range of data and insights into a coherent framework that facilitates in-depth understanding of blockchain technologies.
- Resourceful, curious, and able to think critically and independently.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with blockchain metrics and data sources.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience in conducting valuations and financial analysis within the blockchain space.
- Familiarity with the landscape for blockchain and cryptocurrencies worldwide
