**Modeberater (m/ w/ d) Teilzeit und auf Stundenbasis**:
In dieser Funktion stehen die Kund:innen für Dich im Fokus.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Du begeisterst unsere Kund:innen und schaffst Wohlfühlmomente durch individuelle Betreuung und Beratung
- Du bietest unseren Kund:innen eine top Beratung und begeisterst sie mit Fachwissen und Story Telling
- Du bist verantwortlich für die aktive Kundenansprache, Mehrfachbedienung sowie sicheres Führen und Abschließen von Verkaufsgesprächen bis zum Kassiervorgang
- Du gewinnst Stammkunden und pflegst durch Serviceorientierung die Kundenbeziehungen
- Die Sicherstellung der optimalen Präsentation der Verkaufsfläche gehört zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Weitere wichtige Aufgaben sind die Sicherstellung von exzellenten operativen Prozessabläufen sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zum gemeinsamen Erreichen der Ziele

Dein Profil:

- Du verfügt über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Mode-Verkauf
- Du hast große Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern.
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Empathie und Feingefühl im Umgang mit unseren Kund:innen
- Deine ausgeprägte Umsatzorientierung in Verbindung mit der Fähigkeit Verkaufsgespräche erfolgreich abzuschließen, zeichnet Dich aus.
- Du hast ein herzliches, sicheres und souveränes Auftreten
- Außerdem zeichnen Dich Deine positive Ausstrahlung und Deine Kommunikationsstärke aus
- Herkunft aus Italien -mit Aufenthaltsbewilligung in der Schweiz

- Interlaken, BE: bereit sein zu pendeln oder vor Antritt der Stelle einen Umzug zu planen (Erforderlich)
