L'Hotel Splendide Royal, membro di Swiss Deluxe Hotels e The Leading Hotels of the World è alla ricerca di un **Manutentore**

Il Manutentore deve mantenere e garantire la funzionalità dei sistemi generali dell'albergo (sistemi elettrici, idraulici e meccanici).

Effettua la sostituzione di elementi deteriorabili e la riparazione di parti malfunzionanti. E’ responsabile della pulizia dei macchinari e della gestione degli interventi delle ditte esterne (pianificazione e verifica lavori effettuati) che intergenvono su chiamata o in base ad un calendario annuo.

Si occupa in prima persona dei lavori di riparazione e deve saper utilizzare attrezzi di giardinaggio.

Si richiedono:

- delle competenze tecniche in campo elettrico/idraulico e di muratura
- delle competenze sulle norme di sicurezza e antincendio
- delle buoni doti organizzative
- senso pratico
- forza física
- disponibilità e capacita di problem solving
- buone conoscenze informatiche
- tolleranza dello stress
- buona memoria e precisione
