**Job Title**: Staff and Household Coordinator/Manager [International Head of Household]
**Location**: Multiple international properties (London townhouse, Milan apartment, Geneva apartment, Seychelles Villa, Isle of Wight Farm House (shooting grounds), Isle of Wight Beach House and Villars Chalet).
**Position**: Live-out - long-term
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel Coordination: Organize all staff, ensuring seamless transitions for the Principal between locations.
- Property Management: Oversee the preparation of all properties and cars (London, Milan, Geneva, Seychelles, Isle of Wight, and Villars Chalet) to ensure they are fully catered, made up, and ready for the principal’s arrival.
- Ensure essential services at all locations are fully functional e.g. heating, air conditioning, swimming pools, hot tubs, laundry equipment, gym equipment, gas for barbecue equipment etc.
- Ensure wine cellars and cigar humidors are fully stocked with Principal’s current preferences.
- Staff Coordination: Recruit new and manage existing household staff and liaise with
- Principal’s executive team, creating and maintaining staff rosters, vacation schedules, and ensuring adequate security and any other third party personnel (e.g. outside caterers etc) when required. Management of all household staff in all locations ensuring equality of treatment and consistent high standards of all staff service.
- Wardrobe and Gear Management: Organize the principal’s wardrobes and ensure cycling, sailing, hunting and fishing gear and other personal items are in place for upcoming activities.
- Vehicle Coordination: Prepare and maintain cars in all locations, ensuring they are always maintained, fully fuelled and ready for use.
- Expense and Salary Management: Process staff expenses, track budgets, and ensure timely payment of staff salaries.
- Event & Guest Preparation: Ensure all homes are prepared for family stays or guest visits, with attention to detail for catering, cleaning, and overall presentation.

**Requirements**:

- EU/Swiss passport or Swiss Permit
- Written letters of recommendation or job references
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience managing high-end properties and staff.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English. French is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel and work across multiple locations.
- A confident driver with a clean driving license.
