Psychosocial Support Referent

**INTRODUCTION**:
For one of our clients, an international NGO based here in
**Geneva**, we are looking for a:
**Psychosocial Support Referent W/M**

For a long-term temporary position starting January at 20%

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Support strategies and adapted interventions to increase staff mental health awareness, self-care strategies, and to decrease stigma associated with psychological suffering and help-seeking.
- Offer weekly tailored group support/ psychoeducational sessions to the different teams (front office, caseworkers and data team) based on the needs, specificalities of tasks and exposure at work.
- Offer supervision / intervision and reflective practices in the teams and to managers to mitigate the risks of Secondary Traumatic Stress.
- Offer direct psychological support to staff experiencing psychological distress or mental disorders (in line with the staff health model of care framework).
- Refer staff to external mental health providers for Mental Health specialized services (psychotherapy or any other relevant Mental Health treatment) and ensure follow up if needed.

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:
Graduate degree (equivalent to Master's) in clinical psychology with at least 4 years of post-graduate professional experience.
- Degree or training in organizational psychology and/or professional experience as an organizational psychologist in an organization/company setting.
- Typically, 5 years of overall professional experience, with valid practice licenses - in Switzerland.
Working in private practice as psychologist/psychiatrist in Switzerland is a strong asset.
- Experience in the humanitarian sector and/or working with victims of violence is a
** strong** asset.
- Fluent command of English.

French, Russian or Ukrainian speaking is an
**asset**.
