To meet the rising popularity of our investment solution and to support our next growth phase, we are looking to strengthen our second line of defense. You will take ownership in this varied compliance role and work closely alongside our Client Services and Investment Management teams, reporting to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer.

**Your responsibilities**
- Implement, enforce and optimise our compliance framework
- Keep abreast of changes in applicable laws and regulations
- Inform and advise colleagues in regulatory matters
- Support with legal research, staff trainings, supervisory audits, and reports
- Act as first point of contact for our Client Services and Investment Management teams
- Swiftly manage and resolve compliance incidents as well as atypical client cases/enquiries
- Perform due diligence measures on (prospective) clients and transactions
- Ensure proper client documentation as part of KYC quality assurance
- Escalate suspicious client activities for MROS reporting

**Profile**
- Previous work experience in a legal, compliance or audit function
- Solid knowledge of AMLA, CDB 20, and FinSA; beneficial: OPO2, DPA, et al.
- Degree or diploma in legal/compliance studies; professional qualifications an asset
- High integrity, reliable, diligent, well-organised, proactive, self-motivated
- Strong team player with hands-on mentality and client-oriented approach
- Keen on furthering and sharing your compliance knowledge
- Affinity for digital business processes as well as quickly finding viable compliant solutions
- Excellent command of native German and English, especially in writing; French would be a plus
