Cartier is currently at the heart of an extraordinary digital acceleration, with online visibility and ecommerce developments now more than ever before at the centre of the Maison’s strategy.
To sustain Cartier’s Digital Business Development, it is key to identify high-value opportunities and continuously improve the websites and digital shopping experience across the entire network.
As International Online Retail Partnerships Visibility Coordinator you will play a central and transversal role in the continuous improvement of online clients experience to meet the client needs and expectations within all digital partnership environments from department stores and malls, Watch POS or any external digital touchpoint.
Reporting to the Online Retail Partnerships Visibility Manager within the International Commercial Partnerships team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to elevating our clients experience of the Maison on our various external digital touchpoints.
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
**Communications**
- Coordinate the development of communication assets available for our partners’ digital touchpoints (websites + social media)
- Ensure these communication assets enable partners to represent the real-life experience of the Maison in their digital environment
- Manage the assets resizing process with external agencies and the corresponding budget
- Upload, classify and update the assets into the partners Extranet
**Markets support**
- Provide recommendations regarding markets local requests with a “brand guardian” mindset
- Be a key contact for markets regarding the partners’ communications assets uses on all digital touchpoints
- Manage the personalised access to the partners Extranet with our agency and onboard new users into the tool
- Nurture the Commercial Partnerships _Teams_ channel by providing insights for markets and best practices
**Online visibility tracking tools**
- Be a key user of our online visibility tracking tools and the referent contact for markets’ technical and analytics questions
- Drive ad hoc analysis on campaigns, competition, markets, etc.
- Build post-campaigns quantitative and qualitative reports and share best practices
- Coordinate the tools upgrades with our agencies and internal teams with a continuous improvement mindset
**Display & eCommerce activations**
- Support and advise the Online Retail Partnerships Manager’s team regarding the choice of communication assets for new display or eCommerce partnerships
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have a master’s degree and the keen desire to learn about Luxury New Retail and the commercial digital luxury ecosystem
- You have a prior experience in digital, ideally in an international environment
- You are strongly detail-oriented and have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- You possess excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and organisational skills
- You have the flexibility to adapt to a wide variety of audiences and deadlines
- You enjoy both working as a solid team player and autonomously
- You possess a client-centred mindset
- You speak English fluently and have professional writing skills
- You possess advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills
- The understanding of the Chinese digital environment is not essential but would be a plus
