Job Details
- To be based in Switzerland (Vaud), Germany & Italy.
- Responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of sales training for customer-facing positions in the EMEA/ANZ Region for the Vascular Closure division of Haemonetics. This position is critical in ensuring that the distributor, sales and clinical teams are aligned to organizational goals, prepared to successfully execute the commercial strategies, and knowledgeable about the Vascular Closure products, as well as markets served.
- Duties are listed in order of greatest importance. The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

Enter Responsibilities/Essential Duties
- Manage and support product training of Vascular Closure products
- Manage and conduct product training for sales, clinical teams and distributors
- Maintain and update training content as needed and secure all necessary approvals
- Facilitate product training certifications for sales, clinical new hires as well as distributors
- Conduct product and sales training and coach to best practices
- Collaborate with marketing in the development of new training tools and eLearning modules (i.e. Evidence in Focus, White Paper Summaries etc.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert to sales and clinical teams and assist with high
- value customer discussions
- Assist in the delivery of any corporate-initiated development programs (ex. Leadership training)
- Partner with regional franchise management and marketing to ensure sales team educational readiness for new product launches or acquisitions.
- Support customer training, as needed
- Support high
- profile demos when extra assistance is needed (especially in highly competitive situation)
- Manage all aspects of local, regional, and EMEA/ANZ training events in conjunction with EMEA Training Manager-Hospital (planning, decision making, content readiness, etc.).
- Design and manage product training and learning plan
- Manage vendor credentialing and competency certificates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work and resolving problems.
