Tasks
- Rotate between the Legal, Compliance and Strategic Initiatives teams, gaining insights in the run and change the bank activities of a digital asset bank
- After an initial rotation period, you will primarily be working with one team, supporting the other two teams on an ad hoc basis
- Work in the areas of legal (including employment-contract-, corporate
- and DLT law), regulatory, compliance and corporate

housekeeping and support with all administrative activities
- Work on projects to implement and structure new service offerings/products
- Prepare presentations for senior management regarding legal and regulatory topics
- Respond to various legal & compliance requests from internal stakeholders
- Assist in a variety of projects and the review and drafting of agreements, internal guidelines and templates
- Assess and approve client documentation in the client onboarding process and ongoing monitoring, consistent with applicable KYC and AML regulations and guidelines
- Conduct research, legal assessments and draft legal memos on complex topics
- Monitor regulatory and legal developments in Switzerland and relevant markets in the blockchain space and traditional financial markets
- Educate and train employees on laws and regulations as well as industry practices and ensure corresponding know-how transfer

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in (business) law in Switzerland
- Initial working experience and familiarity with financial market laws preferred
- High social skills to interact with all internal stakeholders
- Conceptual thinker with strong analytical and technical skills as well as courage to provide clear guidance based on own assessments
- Problem-solving ability and mental flexibility to find pragmatic solutions supporting the business functions with innovative products and business concepts
- Goal and results oriented, providing hands-on and practicable solutions in a timely manner
- Fluency in English and German, every additional language is an asset
