**Duties and responsibilities**:

- leads B.Braun’s Strategic Procurement Team Switzerland of 8 buyers, by providing guidance, coaching and mentoring.
- is responsible for the alignment with Global direct and Global indirect Procurement on behalf of Switzerland
- implements standards and Group guidelines in the Swiss organization
- is responsible for the fulfilment of legal and regulatory requirements (global and local)
- represents B.Braun vis-à-vis suppliers and other partners
- is the Group’s interface for procurement topics
- can grow into a global or regional category manager role over time

- implementing the global/regional procurement strategy on a local level

- committed and self-motivated
- decent understanding of end-to-end procurement processes
- experience in category management (indirect or direct) is an advantage
- thorough market knowledge of procurement categories
