As the world is changing, consumers are demanding biodegradable offerings in a variety of consumer and institutional products. The opportunity for sustainable chelates is greater than ever. We are looking for someone who can drive the global product & project management for Chelates.

In your future role as " Global Product & Project Manager " you will

Define the asset and product strategy for the Chelates product portfolio. Maximize EBITDA for chelates (P&L owner). Be a strategic member of the global product management team. Evaluate and ensure balance of key Raw material globally and regionally Partner with supply chain and the business to ensure reliable supply, asset capacity, appropriate inventory and support optimization options

Higher education degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or business-related studies Strong experience in product and project management in a strategic role Interpersonal skills and strong influencing skillset Fluency in English Experience in a multi-cultural and global organization
