- You are in the Business Unit Accessories the team leader for all process experts regarding plant-related logistics topics for all Accessory manufacturing locations worldwide
- You are responsible for design and optimization of logistics processes in our plants including all related processes
- You are responsible to drive continuous improvement activities, transfer results to all relevant locations and take part in the strategic design of the supply chain network
- You are responsible to ensure and further develop existing reports/dashboards to gain transparency along Supply Chain with the focus on manufacturing locations
- You are leading and collaborating in interdisciplinary teams in the global manufacturing network of Accessories and ensure the exchange to our Bosch logistics community
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the Supply Chain area focusing on production logistics, preferably in a FMCG company
- Extensive interest in leadership and management experience, being able to reconcile conflicting gorals with the overall outcome for Bosch, and ability to work under pressure
- Takes initiative and works independently with entrepreneurial spirit, good team player in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, solution oriented and collaborative
- Exceptional analytical skills and strong affinity for numbers
- German and English fluency, willing to travel (appr. 50%)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and data analytic tools (e.g., SQL, Power-Bi, BOT, etc.)
