Assistant Relationship Manager Latam Desk, 80

On behalf of a well-known Swiss private bank, we are looking for an experienced Assistant to provide high-quality support to one Relationship Manager and his clients from Latin America.
Tasks
- Assist Relationship Managers in the day-to-day work servicing clients and handling administrative issues
- Execution of client instructions
- Full understanding and follow-up of the execution
- and back-office processes as well as the legal & compliance procedures
- Full involvement in the entire account opening process
- Compile KYC files and perform risk management tasks
- Independent handling of all account-related matters and ensuring the correct administration of all accounts
- Actively manage the business risks and protect the bank\'s reputation
**Requirements**:
- Commercial apprenticeship or similar (any additional education is favorable)
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in Private Banking in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of Private Banking products
- Understands the execution and back-office processes as well as the legal & compliance procedures
- Customer focus and good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (advanced level), German an advantage
- High self-motivation, positive and can-do attitude
Ability to set priorities and work under pressure
- Good and fast learning ability
- Team-oriented personality (team player) with attention to detail
- Solution-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
- Exact, methodical, well structured and efficient approach, as well as cross-linked thinking skills
